For some reason a Fall feeling day has snuck into my summer!! Mother Nature, this is not acceptable! I will not tolerate anything under 68 degress until September- please cooperate.
We were playing outside in sweatshirts and jeans today...how very sad!
It was a busy weekend for us. Friday we visited Deer Acres w/my nephews and some good friends. LnL had a blast! Anytime there is a train and carousel they are extremely excited. The park was also featuring a Shark exhibit which was interesting. My nephew, "M" was chosen a volunteer in their little show and it was super funny.
Saturday we had our annual golf outing that some of our good friends put on. Hubby's team ended up winning for the men in a 2-hole playoff and my team took second for the ladies. (The pic is the playoff in action) Some serious storms had us soaked completely, though! Afterwards there is always a big party at the "S" pond. LnL had a blast playing in the sand and the water. Plus, they loved listening to the band. Wish I could have snapped some pics...but we were WAY too busy chasing them around.

Sounds like a fun weekend despite the weather. We were at a Tigers game yesterday and it totally felt like fall! (at less they won!)
ah, I meant "at least"! (Sorry, still haven't had my cup of coffee!)
